  I never write a bad review but my experience on Stanton Optical was beyond terrible. Not only any of their discounts or "free exam" apply to me due to different excuses. I paid anyway, and they told me that my glasses and contacts would be ready in 5 to 7 days (which is already a lot) I had to go after the week to ask where was prescription, they told me that it was in process and they would call me when they were ready. It took three weeks to be ready. When I usually order glasses and lenses in other places they give me a hard case for my glasses, usually the original of the brand since I had to pay full price for my glasses I expected the same but is just a cheap soft cover, the same for my contacts. Other places give me a case to store them but they didn't have the courtesy, so I paid a lot for a very poor service and average product, I wish I haven't wasted my money in this place.

  Eva Alva, the optician at the West palm location, is just amazing in every way! She is most knowledgeable, caring, and patient. She goes above and beyond for her customers. The company is so fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.
